Add projects command and issues --project filter #20

Scope
linear-axi projects: list projects (name, state, progress, lead, target date) via theprojectsconnection.linear-axi issues --project <name>: filter viaproject: { name: { eq: ... } }in the existing IssueFilter builder (fetchIssues,src/linear.ts).- Add a
resolveProjectIdhelper mirroringresolveTeamId(needed later for v0.3 write-side assignment).
Acceptance
projectslists workspace projects;issues --project "Mobile app" --state startedfilters correctly.

Schema correction found while implementing (PR #39):
Project.stateis deprecated in the live schema ("Use project status instead") and there is noProjectStateenum on projects — status values live onProjectStatus.type: ProjectStatusTypevia thestatusrelation. The issue's list fields were implemented as: name,status { type }(rendered as thestatecolumn with the raw lowercase value), progress (0–1 float rendered as integer percent),lead { name }, targetDate (TimelessDate, nullable). Verified against the generated documents in@linear/sdk@90.0.0.
