I'd change: Generated-by into co-authored - like co-authored by XYZ

I would also suggest that tests should not be generated by the same tool. If the code in the PR is generated by an AI tool, the tests included should be either written by a human or generated by a different tool. |

I would also change "understand what you submit" to "Own the code. Understand what you submit". Just to make it clear that developers are accountable for AI generated code.
