Summary
Implement LeaveGroup (13) and complete rebalance edge cases for consumer groups.

- Kafka gateway: Kafka FindCoordinator, JoinGroup, SyncGroup, and Heartbeat APIs #3541 — JoinGroup / Heartbeat / SyncGroup
Scope
- Graceful LeaveGroup removes member and triggers rebalance
- Static membership / generation id behavior documented
- Consumer failure without LeaveGroup handled via session timeout (Kafka gateway: Kafka FindCoordinator, JoinGroup, SyncGroup, and Heartbeat APIs #3541)
- Tests: N consumers join/leave, partitions reassigned
Acceptance criteria
- Rebalance on heartbeat timeout verified in test
- Graceful shutdown releases partitions promptly

Done in #4270: LeaveGroup (13) v0-5, session-timeout eviction and rebalance, generations and static membership behaviour documented in
gateways/kafka/docs/CONSUMER_GROUPS.md, covered byconsumer_group_tests.rs(N members leaving one by one, rebalance on heartbeat timeout, survivor rebalance without a session wait). Full KIP-345 static membership moved to #4417. End-to-end partition reassignment with real clients stays with #3544.
