Replaces the usage of the old DB project logo with just linking to the central Apache logo. This will ensure that we always use the current version of the Apache logo (specifically with the upcoming logo change).
Makes the search bar right-aligned.
Removes the reference to the "Apache feather logo" in the footer. Instead, the text now just uses the wording "Apache logo".
Drops the logo from the index page as it is already displayed in the header bar.
Drops the old logo files.
Updates the PMC list.
