This PR attempts to fix the build problems in the main branch.
The PR aligns the CI files with those of DB-JDO-site

Looks generally good to me. I don't see any reason why there should be an issue with the website build.

With this, you have also pulled in the changes to host the website in the root directory instead of in content. (What we did with apache/db-jdo-site@f086b8b). This makes the .htaccess file unnecessary. It is no longer included in the site deployment anyways. You should also remove it as part of the PR. (Since the Website is not hosted in a subdir, the .asf.yaml.publish does not seem to need any adjustments.)

@tobous I removed the .htaccess file.
Unfortunately, after merging the PR, the website has now disappeared. Any suggestion what might be going wrong?

@tobous I now merged a version that uses the '.htaccess file and the content folder. This appears to work. See #4 .
