This brings the main branch, which was last used for the Java 21, 6.0.0 release, able to be run on java 25.
If we wanted to release a version of Memory for Java 25, it would be based on this.
I also spent quite a bit of time updating the auto-jdk-os-matrix.yml to fix some subtle issues when running on a Windows platform. These changes can now be used as a model for other projects.
