Is it only necessary to add a separate group to distinguish non ASF versions?

Thank you for the suggestion. I agree that only the pre-ASF releases need a separate group to distinguish them from the ASF Incubating releases. I have updated the navigation accordingly and made the “Pre-ASF Releases” group collapsed by default.
