Read-only page per board at /boards/{title}/{board} (network ADR 0040, portal API GET /boards/...).

• packages/api-client: BoardPage types, boards.page() in the HTTP adapter and the mock (demo board GAME00001/7, ties, own line), with a mock test.
• apps/web: route app/boards/[title]/[board] and components/boards/board-screen.tsx, in the compatibility page's look. Top / Around you / Friends; the last two ask for a session and the page offers sign-in on unauthorized. A table (rank, player, score, date) with an own-line marker that is text as well as colour; ranks shared on ties; empty, missing, loading and failed states; paging by "Show more players".
• Own route and components only; no shared file touched except the README table.
• Needs the cloud's web.caddy to route /boards/* to the site (anyplaynet/cloud PR) and the cloud flag on; with the flag off the page says there is no such board.
