docs: sync translated homepages with the phone-first README - #60

Bring the 21 docs/README.<lang>.md files in line with the English README from #57: entity definition and phone prerequisite at the top, the agent snippet and the manual share/url/remove sequence, "For AI agents" as the second section with the new bullets, and the reordered comparison table (CLI share/url/remove against MCP share/url/unshare). Commands, URLs and product names are unchanged. zh-CN also gets its agent section and table moved to the English order, and its url/remove placeholders now read <name> like the English commands.
Make the th and vi first sentence say the phone opens a dev server running on the computer, name the Tailscale enrollment step in the th heading, drop the 'instantly' tone from the edit-save heading in th, ko and vi, and refer to the share record rather than 'shared access' in ru and uk cleanup text.
