Adds native Bases property colouring and updates documentation.

• Supports rule-based colours in native Bases Table and Card views, including embedded and virtualised Bases.
• Preserves field/value isolation, so identical values can use different colours by property.
• Adds Add label to existing rule groups.
• Fixes Card rendering and recycled-element colour cleanup.
• Rewrites README and User Guide for current settings, File Explorer, folders, Bases support, limitations, troubleshooting, and screenshot planning.
