• Align Entity Quality tab with design/apme-integration: 4-step workflow (Select → Generate → Review → Push & Act)
• Add FixChipStyled, checkbox-driven selection (no auto-select/auto-approve), inline Before/After diffs
• DEV-9: retire legacy QualityTab + QualityTabExtension
• DEV-12: remove fake PR-merged state; PR-open banner only
