The version, in lockstep: VERSION, openstrata.toml, every
openstrata.{plugin,library,tool}.yaml version, every requires range
(>=0.9,<0.10 -> >=0.10,<0.11) and every CMake standalone fallback -- 21 files,
29 replacements, plus VERSION. A minor release because in-tree dependents use
API the tagged 0.9.0 packages lack: vrmSchema's three material schemas and
vrm:materialColorTargetIndices, and vrmRig, which is a new package
(PACKAGE_CONTRACT.md 3.1).
CHANGELOG section [0.10.0], with the duplicate Added/Changed subsections the
interval left merged into one each; the release record and the releases index;
the roadmap status table (Hydra imaging shipped), current.md's heading (Shipped,
prepared and untagged) and cut steps 1-2, the imaging track's status line, the
delivery history's section O, and two material-policy notes that still said
"unreleased" for work released in v0.7.0.
Measured at the bumped version on Windows with ost 0.23.13: graph 6 bundles /
4 bundle edges / 2 libraries / 13 library edges / 2 tools, valid; suite 57/57;
product 8 members, archives named -0.10.0-; artifact-only exec and imaging
smokes PASS, negatives included.
