The root README follows the shared shape and states ownership instead of release status; the documentation guidelines add the cross-repository rule and the root README rules. Links into usd-vrm-plugins' motion documents follow them to its archive, or to the last revision of a superseded contract, and the roadmap is brought up to what is done.
