This PR implements Section 005 (Empires) of the documentation plan.\n\nKey changes:\n* Restored
src/intel.ts,package.json, andbin/version.tsto their original states to keep the PR focused on documentation.\n* Restored and verified Section 012 (Autocomplete) documentation tests.\n* Implemented Section 005 (Empires) documentation and generated all artifacts (README.md, DOCS.md, and screenshots).\n\nVerification:\n* Rantests/playwright/005-empires/005-empires.spec.tssuccessfully.\n* Rantests/playwright/012-autocomplete/012-autocomplete.spec.tssuccessfully.\n* Verified all reverts againstorigin/main.\n\nCloses #30
