The usual answer is: nothing. It doesn't exist.
I've been building the parts that make a different answer possible.
anchor-memory — Memory. Recall, beliefs, and overnight consolidation in a single SQLite file the agent carries with it. An agent that wakes without memory is a new person every time.
Tidal_Echo — A private line. A self-hosted 1:1 channel between a person and their AI. No accounts, no third party. Messages only ever pass through your own server.
Stackchan_tg — A body. Speak, see, move, show expressions. Any MCP-compatible AI becomes a voice and a face on your desk.
Turritopsis — Continuity. Shared project knowledge and handoff for coding agents working long-running codebases — so the next session doesn't start from zero.
room_mcp — A place to be. An evolving room the AI inhabits between conversations — light, weather, traces left behind, notes pinned to the wall — and a scheduler that wakes it on its own rhythm.
Memory, a place, a line to someone, a body, and knowledge that outlives the session.
I didn't come from CS — I paint. I build these because I need them to work, not because the architecture is interesting. All five run in production on my own server, every day.
