Motivation

Making a proper file architecture for python sample, being able to build a package and making it easier to run in the cicd pipeline.

Description

Adding a src and helloworld directory to make a package of the samples with a pyproject file. Also adding a step to the cicd pipeline using a matrix to perform a first test of the python samples.
