Server side API: Dark_Skies_weather_API + Moment_npm_library

Client side has data persistence using mySQL database.

Lets user compile a list of ski resorts from anywhere in the world.

Shows current conditions and precipitation data for the resorts chosen.

Reports snow and/or rain, whichever present
