dkms not setting up hsmp_acpi module

dkms config does not reflect recent changes in this repo - adding a second/alternative kernel module hsmp_acpi. Only the original amd_hsmp is set up.
hsmp_acpi needs to be added to dkms config.

DKMS does not work in Debian, perhaps because of using dash instead of bash in /bin/sh.

Fix: replace hex values with dec analogs in /var/lib/dkms/amd_hsmp/2.4/source/dkms.conf:
