[Feature Request] Full ReFS 128-bit inode support

I noticed ReFS support (128-bit inode) has been on the TODO list for a while, and is documented in the FAQ as currently unsupported:

I'd be interested in using SnapRAID with ReFS data disks. With the SnapRAID Daemon now offering full native Windows support and a Web UI, SnapRAID feels more approachable than ever for modern Windows-based setups, and ReFS support would be a great addition to round that out.

I wanted to check whether this is still something you're considering for a future release, or if it's been deprioritized/rejected for reasons not reflected in the TODO note. Happy to help test if/when there's something to try.

This will be included in the 15.x release. It won't be full 128-bit support, as that isn't really needed. ReFS already maps 128-bit inodes down to a 64-bit space.

In rare cases where this mapping isn't possible for a file, SnapRAID will simply not use the inode for that file. The only drawback is that
SnapRAID won't be able to detect move operations on these specific files, requiring it to recompute their hashes instead.
