Manual update for Content and Parity sections

Hello,

I was looking at the manual for Content and Parity files https://www.snapraid.it/manual#sec10

For content it is written that it's only updated (written) by sync and scrub.

As such, I was doing a touch command while running a scrub command. And it appears that touch command also write into the content file.
I hope I didn't broke my content file now, but would be good to update the manual to mention that.

Also, that content file is also read by "rehash" command.
And I didn't tried the "locate" command yet.

I would suggest updating the manual part to be a list or table format to better view what commands reads or write
