Replaces the static hero screenshot in README.md and the es/ja/ko/zh translations with a ~44s demo GIF (1200px, recorded at 2x, 4.4 MB) of the seeded nanochat demo project:

• a literature-review chat that searches alphaXiv and recommends the next experiment
• the baseline run's Trackio charts in the side panel
• inline result charts and figures
• a run request sent to a live Claude Code agent, which launches the learning-rate probe; the video follows it into the run's logs

Recorded with a scripted Playwright run against an isolated dev slot; the ~100s agent wait before the launch is time-compressed, and a local path in the run's final log line is masked. The demo run's recorded metrics were logged to a slot-local Trackio store under its orx run id. The window sits on the macOS Sonoma Horizon wallpaper, like the old screenshot's desktop backdrop. openresearch-screenshot.png is now unreferenced but left in place.
