feat:修改script把antd锁定在4.x的版本,解决本地启动example中的项目时antd not find 的问题

这个 mr 不应该合并呀，合并了知乎才会导致 antd 找不到，我还原回去反而是好的

需要用antdv5 版本的话 可以看看 https://github.com/trionesdev/triones-designable 基于designable源码 重新做了构建方案 升级了antdv5 需要的话 可以自己拿去直接用 或者修改
