🧹 Fix broken imports and types in SurveyWizard

• 🎯 What: Fixed broken import path for types and SurveyEngine, and updated method usage from next() to submitAnswer().
• 💡 Why: The file ../lib/types did not exist, and SurveyEngine method signature was incorrect, preventing compilation and runtime execution. Also added dexie as a missing dependency.
• ✅ Verification: Verified with npm run build (passed), npx vitest run (passed), and verified the component renders correctly using a Playwright script.
• ✨ Result: SurveyWizard component is now functional and type-safe.
