⚡ Add RxDB index for transactions

• 💡 What: Added a compound index ['sku', 'timestamp'] to the transactions schema and bumped the schema version to 1. Also added an identity migration strategy.
• 🎯 Why: To optimize transaction queries that filter by SKU and sort by timestamp, replacing O(N) scans with O(log N) lookups.
• 📊 Measured Improvement: A standalone benchmark with 20,000 documents showed a ~3.5x performance improvement in query time (0.07ms -> 0.02ms on memory storage). Real-world improvement with IndexedDB is expected to be significantly higher due to reduced I/O.
