Why
A reviewed DORFA ontology canary completed after about five minutes, but the previous 180-second monitor emitted a false timeout even though transport, wake and apply succeeded.
Verification
Mac inbound/outbound rows 110/111, outbox acked on attempt 1, server reply row 4734, and DORFA receipt row 4735.
