Added Free Cam

Input for it :
Ctrl - Toggle free cam / reset the cam
Shift - Move the cam faster

W - Forward
A - Left
S - Back
D - Right
Q - Up
E - Down

i - Rotate Down
J - Rotate Left
K - Rotate Up
L - Rotate Right

Make sure the indentation is overall 2 spaces here, not pointing to anything specific as most of the pr has that issue.

I will hold this PR until you can use the mouse because regardless of whether or not the game disabled it, ik most of the project settings are available at runtime. That being said, if you don't feel comfortable implementing that yourself, I could review/merge the feature as is, but add mouse support myself later.
