fix(core): extract large pagination arrays without stack overflow

extractItems throws RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded when a response contains a large item array. A page with 200,000 items fails before emitting its items because getItems spreads the array into arguments to push.

Append the items individually so extraction avoids the engine's argument limit while preserving item order and array iteration behavior.
