Summary

treat .jsonl files as text so FanBox can read and edit them inline
serve .jsonl raw files as NDJSON content
map .jsonl to JSON icons and Monaco JSON highlighting

Verification

node --check server.js
node --check public/app.js
smoke tested /api/list, /api/read, /api/write, and /api/raw on a temporary .jsonl file
