Camera control sensitivity needs adjustment

Scrolling the mousewheel in and out to zoom in and out is extremely slow. Several whole rotations will barely move the camera in/out at all. It also seems to get less sensitive the further away the camera is...which feels a bit odd.

However, on the opposite side - right clicking and dragging to pan the camera is way too sensitive. An inch across the screen can spin it around completely.

• Windows 11 version: 25H2
• GPU: RTX 3080, driver ver. 596.36
• CPU: AMD 9800X3D
• Monitor: 2560x1440p @ 360Hz

It seems that it depends on a resolution. If it is so, I'll have a look and try to make it resolution-independent as well as add sensitivity control and, possibly, ease-out on mouse drag/rotate release.
Could you please compare how it behaves at the moment when running small res?

I attempted it at 1280x800, and it seems just as fast to me - but I could be wrong.
