pinger and ponger examples not working as intended #48

running pinger.py and then ponger.py is not working mostly. killing one of them and rerunning solves the messaging issue, but root of this issue must be found properly.

intended behaviour:

any of them should be run first.
any of them could be killed and rerun.
messaging should work flawlessly.

removed windows workaround, it seems that it is caused by #48
