Summary

This draft PR applies documentation updates for DOCS-829 to improve coverage for the requested feature set.

Updated in this PR

  • Added Automatic Migration Synchronization guidance to Gateway migration docs, including \gateway-sync-migration\ usage.
  • Expanded AD migration guidance to clarify AI certificate discovery support for local file system/custom scan locations.
  • Updated Automatic Migration CLI reference to include \certificates\ in --ad-discovery-types\ and documented --ai-certificate-discovery\ in both create/update flag sections.
  • Updated GitHub USC page with MVG positioning language for GitHub repository secret management.
