Add Polish feature-ideas document outlining 5 product directions (Evolution Agent)

Motivation

• Capture and communicate five concrete product directions and backlog-ready feature ideas for the Evolution Agent in a single reference document.
• Provide clear MVP scopes, success KPIs and implementation priorities to accelerate planning and handoff to engineering and PMs.
• Keep the guidance in Polish to be directly usable by the local product and operations teams.

Description

• Add docs/feature-ideas-pl.md containing five proposals: Business Memory 360°, Weekly Operating Review, Task-to-Workflow Builder, Executive Copilot, and Revenue Ops Hub, each with problem statements, feature lists, MVP definitions, and KPIs.
• Include a recommended prioritization sequence and a set of immediate "quick wins" to enable fast impact.
• Structure each proposal with sections for what it solves, new features, MVP timeframe, and measurable success criteria.
• The file is a documentation-only addition in Polish and does not modify code or runtime behavior.

Testing

• This is a documentation-only change, so no unit or integration tests were added.
• No automated tests were run specifically for this change.
• Existing CI/test suites were not modified by this PR.
