Holding this until #86 is resolved.

The AC-0 Compressed Pipeline failure here is not caused by this dependency bump — it's a pre-existing flaky issue where the PCAP rewriter doesn't guarantee monotonic timestamps (tracked in #86). This bump just shifted activity timing enough to surface it.

Once #86 is merged, I'll rebase this PR and re-run CI.
