Offline Tracking Not Working #413

It appears that offline tracking does not seem to be working for at least one user:

it is not complete, it doesnt show me on sr 224,or sr 248 or us 40 to heber.
there are times i have not submitted my routes every day,
i will make sure i do that from now on.
my layman's opionion is that anytime i get out of cell range it stops tracking me.correctly on june 1 as soon as i went to evanston it stopped working correctly. i lose reception eveytime i go up little and big cottonwood canyon, after echo junction to evanston i-80, daniels canyon us 40, indian canyon us 191, and from vernal to manilla us 189.. unfortunately these are some of main area's.
It doing the same today. It shows driving and carcass location but doesn't track me on the roads.
