Deprecate UGRC Marketing DNS #481

Summary

• Name: marketing.ugrc.utah.gov

This was set in September of 2025 as a branded link for click tracking in SendGrid. Supposedly it was the only want to get HTTPS links for click tracking. However, the default SendGrid DNS now appears to use https. We've had issues with marketing.ugrc.utah.gov links breaking and being flakey in general. In an effort to simplify, we have removed the marketing.ugrc.utah.gov link branding from our SendGrid config. marketing.ugrc.utah.gov should be removed from our DNS but we don't want to break existing links so let's wait six months.

Action items

1. Assign a person who should complete the task.
2. Check [x] the box when the task is completed and add the date of completion.
3. Strike out all items that do not apply.

• Submit DNS ticket to remove DNS (@stdavis, set: 2026/00/00)
• Config that DNS is gone (@stdavis, set: 2027/00/00)
