This data layer is a new addition to the Utah SGID, representing the low distortion projection zones in the State Plane Coordinate System of 2022 (SPCS2022). These zones are part of the National Spatial Reference System (NSRS) Modernization, and are what NOAA refers to as the "Multizone Partial" layer. The 79 low distortion zones have partial coverage of the state.
