npm 1.3.0 predates c9b2260 (per-request discovery log leaking queries + matched agents) and the ISC->MIT license reconciliation. Adds an OIDC trusted-publishing release workflow so releases no longer depend on a local npm token. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

npm 1.3.0 predates the security fix c9b2260 (removes the per-request [DISCOVER] log that leaked discovery queries and matched agents) and the MIT license change — users installing from npm still get the leaky build.
