Description
Renames the agctl CLI module directory from cmd/ to cli/ to match its documentation and product naming, updating all references across the Taskfile, CI workflow, GoReleaser config, .gitignore, and docs. Also adds a short CLI section to the root README.md so agctl is discoverable alongside the SDK quick start.
