Volatile metric rule

The proof line in profile/README.md is generated from public-truth.json.

• The shared workspace sync updates the proof line via <!-- truth:* --> markers.
• Rebuild it with npm --prefix .. run truth:sync.

Do not hand-edit release, test, MCP, or package counts in the profile README.
