refactor: remove legacy gates, deprecated APIs and duplicate utilities - #264

- Drop unused verification scripts, compatibility consumers, clear-room docs and their CI/make wiring; fix stale AgentScope references in documentation. - Remove the deprecated graph async generator package and other deprecated APIs; stream A2A responses directly with Flux and complete when the agent card URL is missing. - Make the ParallelNode default pool daemon and idle-releasing instead of registering a shutdown hook. - Keep one copy of duplicated CodeUtils/FileUtils/MessageUtils, move business outcome types to agent.outcome, and migrate JUnit 4 leftovers. - Resolve remaining FIXME/TODO items, including a configurable A2A user id metadata key and tool descriptions for ToolEmulatorInterceptor.

Confirmed contribution to ARGI: removes unused verification scripts, compatibility consumers and clear-room docs with their CI wiring, deletes deprecated graph async and other deprecated APIs (A2A now streams via Flux), fixes ParallelNode pool lifecycle, deduplicates CodeUtils/FileUtils/MessageUtils, resolves remaining FIXME/TODO items and stale AgentScope docs; no linked issue.
