docs(readme): replace the static screenshot with a 30-second web UI recording - #970

…ecording The README hero was a plain TUI screenshot. Replace it with a recorded session of `clawcodex web`: the user asks for a `--json` flag on a small sample CLI and the agent reads the project, edits the code and the tests, runs pytest, and reports back, all within 30 seconds. Shipped as an animated GIF (GitHub plays it inline in the README) with an MP4 alongside for a crisp, pausable version. The old PNG stays in assets/ because docs/i18n/README_ZH.md still embeds it. Summary
The README hero was a static TUI screenshot. This PR replaces it with a 30-second recording of the web UI (
clawcodex web) and keeps the old image only where the Chinese README still needs it.assets/clawcodex-web-demo.gif(1120×720, 12 fps, 5.8 MB) is embedded in the README header; GitHub plays it inline.assets/clawcodex-web-demo.mp4(1.35 MB) is linked under it for a crisp, pausable version.assets/clawcodex-screenshot-1.pngis untouched becausedocs/i18n/README_ZH.mdstill embeds it.What the recording shows
A fresh session against a tiny sample project (an argparse CLI with two pytest tests). The prompt asks for a
--jsonflag ontaskflow list, a test for it, and a test run. The agent lists and reads the project, edits the CLI and the test file, runs pytest (4 passed), and ends on a short summary with file references. Typing is real-time; the agent's work is shown at about 1.3× so the whole session fits in 30 seconds. How it was made
clawcodex web --no-open --workspace <sample project> --model deepseek-v4-flashon a freshly builtui-web/dist, withCLAWCODEX_CONFIG_DIRpointed at a throwaway profile that holds a single provider entry, so no real sessions or settings appear.recordVideousing the@playwright/testalready pinned inui-web/package.json, dark theme, reading preferences set to the detailed tool trail that stays open after the turn.Test plan
