Обновлена структура проекта в соответствии с SPA архитектурой проекта, добавлен базовый роутинг на несколько страниц в соответствии с ожидаемой структурой сайта, добавлена документация и прототипы структуры БД, добавлены миграции на стороне Laravel для создания необходимой структуры БД
