Resp 6 update sample files

• Remove files to reduce number of sample files
• Add neutral files that have some noise
• Introduce NAN anomalies

NAN details

• File ending with -noise.csv has bursts of 9 nans, then 999, then 4999
• File ending with -noise-island.csv has NAN bursts of 3 entries at a time. Near the end it has data islands where most is NAN but it has spaced out islands of data with 5 data points

NOTE:

The files with noise also have their regular file to accompany them.
