Coordinated with AtMem 2.3.7. Adds product-owned continuity observation, scoped event/charge accounting, Resume work UI, grouped Timeline charts, AtMem typography, and SQLite startup ordering. Includes release notes and setup documentation. Verified: isolated server suite, 13 continuity tests plus installed-upgrade gate (7 assertions), 6 installed Python SDK tests, typecheck, build, wheel/sdist metadata, clean CLI install, and 3 browser tests. Live paid-provider calls were skipped; no universal benchmark superiority is claimed. Website publication remains owner-reviewed.
