Summary

  • replace the placeholder repository with a minimal Android app scaffold
  • add Gradle wrapper, app module, manifest, launcher activity, and Android CI
  • add a basic host-side unit test so CI runs both testDebugUnitTest and assembleDebug
  • update the README so the repository reflects the new runnable starter state

Verification

  • python310 YAML parse for .github/workflows/android-ci.yml
  • .\gradlew.bat --no-daemon testDebugUnitTest assembleDebug
