Specifies the source-safe AssetPack lifecycle from deposit option synthesis through Depository admission, Finding Fits, Need-Fit synthesis, quote, settlement, BTD rights transfer, delivery, compensation, and repair. Adds the focused V45 Gate 3 checker and package script while keeping the V44 canon pointer unchanged.
