Updated Readme to include new build instructions. Updated ignore file to ignore my commit message files.
Commented out the sleepandprintcount method. Added stub for printCache. Changed the cache to work with an ordered dictionary, this isnt typed so its not the perfect solution. But its fine for now. Pretty print on the dictionary isnt working, but everything else is, builds and runs.

The simulation written in java.
