Issue 22: Performance Tests and Benchmarks

Description:
Create performance tests to benchmark upload speeds and resource usage.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Create tests/performance/ folder
• Benchmark upload speed for different file sizes
• Test memory usage during uploads
• Test concurrent upload performance
• Compare encrypted vs non-encrypted performance
• Generate performance reports
• Add to CI/CD pipeline (optional)
• Document performance characteristics

Technical Details:

• Use pytest-benchmark or custom timing
• Test with files: 1MB, 10MB, 100MB, 1GB
• Monitor CPU and memory usage
• Test with multiple concurrent clients
