At present, Cursor rules in .mdc files are not in scope for init-repo.sh.
Action items:
- Include
.mdc files so that references to RedShirt.Example.Api are also renamed when the repo is initialized.
- Double-check on how other major LLM tools store their rules. If they use an extension other than
.mdc, then take it so that they are also included.
