feat: add all API filter parameters to Across Scan deposits page#2303

Add origin/destination chain, deposit type, depositor, recipient, input/output token, integrator ID, and deposit/fill block range filters as dropdown buttons in a new filter row below existing controls. Extract shared filter styled components from StatusFilter for reuse across all filter types.
